Oklahoma City hospital bomb threat investigated

Police are investigating a bomb threat on Sunday against a hospital in northwest Oklahoma City.

Police are investigating a northwest Oklahoma City hospital bomb threat made by telephone Sunday night.

The caller claimed bombs were at Deaconess Hospital at 5501 N Portland Avenue, according to a police report.

According to a police report, a caller told a hospital operator a bomb had been left in the parking garage and another one in the hospital. The caller, who had what sounded like a male voice, said the bombs were going to go off at 8 a.m. Monday.

The hospital was placed on lockdown Sunday night, but police did not find any bombs at the hospital. The hospital was not evacuated.
