Police have arrested an Oklahoma City man accused of lewd acts with a 12-year-old girl.
Justin Hughes, 32, was arrested on three counts of lewd acts with a child and four counts of manufacturing child pornography. Police said the uncle of the girl alerted officers to the sexual assault Wednesday.
The girl told police Hughes has been sexually abusing her since November. She said she was startled in her sleep about 2 a.m. Wednesday when she felt Hughes rubbing her back side.
According to the report, the girl told police she kept her eyes closed and pretended to be asleep. She said she could also hear sounds coming from the living room that sounded like a pornographic movie.
The girl told officers Hughes first started sexually assaulting her on Thanksgiving. She told a friend about the incidents in February.
The girl has been placed in protective custody, police said.
Hughes was booked into the Oklahoma County jail and is being held on $85,000 bail, a jail employee said.
