Police arrested an Oklahoma City man who is accused of making excessive 911 calls and rude and sexual comments to 911 operators.

Clyde Dorain Hobbs, 72, was arrested Friday on multiple complaints of making false reports after 911 operators told police he called them 17 times from a location near SW 57 and S Douglas Avenue.

According to a police report, officers tracked down Hobbs's location and responded to his home in the area. When they arrived at the residence, Hobbs asked, “Are you here to arrest me again?”

Officers said this is the third time Hobbs has been arrested in this type of incident.

While en route to the Oklahoma County jail, police said Hobbs was belligerent and rude to officers. He was booked in the jail and bail was set at $34,000.
