The victim's aunt said her niece was “lashing out at other children and becoming more hostile” in the last couple of weeks, according to the Oklahoma City police report.
The victim's aunt invited the girl to her house July 3 and asked the victim what was wrong. The victim began to cry and said Hernandez began abusing her when she was 7 years old and that she had been sexually abused the night before, according to the report.
Bail was set at $50,000 for Hernandez, who was being held Thursday at the Oklahoma County jail.
