An Oklahoma City man was arrested after he was accused of molesting a 7-year-old girl and showing a 4-year-old girl his penis, police reported.

James Percifield, 25, was arrested Wednesday on complaints of lewd acts with a child and indecent exposure.

Oklahoma City police responded to a call at the 500 block of SW 161 after the girls' mother reported Percifield had molested the two girls.

The victims' mother told police the 4-year-old girl said Percifield went to her school and showed her his penis Sept. 9. The mother did not believe the 4-year-old until the girl's teacher showed her a self-portrait the girl drew Tuesday depicting a penis between her legs.

The 7-year-old told her mother Wednesday that Percifield made her pull down her pants and touched her vagina, and he made her touch his penis, according to the police report.

Percifield's wife said he is a sex addict who constantly looks at pornography and she caught him searching for child pornography in 2009. She said Percifield pulls down his pants to show his penis whenever he wants to have sex, according to the police report.

Police confiscated all the laptops, external hard drives, thumb drives and tablet found in the residence.

Percifield was taken to Oklahoma County jail. He was being held without bail while awaiting transfer to Cleveland County. has disabled the comments for this article.
