An Oklahoma City man accused of raping a 13-year-old in his car told her to lie about her age as officers approached the vehicle, police said.
Arturo Contreras , 38, was charged Tuesday in Oklahoma County District Court with three counts of rape in connection with the assault last month behind an abandoned house in the 100 block of SW 40.
