Oklahoma City man ordered to trial in ‘diaper' case

Man apologized to victims, police detective testifies.

Landers testified she developed suspicions he was acting but told herself he had to be autistic because “why else would he be doing this.” She said she finally “busted” him when she caught him with a cell phone.

After hearing the testimony, Oklahoma County Special Judge Larry Jones ruled the evidence was sufficient for a sexual battery trial. Richardson also faces seven misdemeanor counts of outraging public decency.

Prosecutors allege Richardson also conned a woman in April into baby-sitting him.
