Oklahoma City man who jumped to his death is identified

Police say Patrick Henry Acosta, 38, of Oklahoma City, jumped to his death Saturday on Interstate 44.

Oklahoma City police have identified the man who jumped from a highway overpass to his death Saturday.

Patrick Henry Acosta, 38, of Oklahoma City, jumped about 7:45 a.m. off the NW 16 bridge onto Interstate 44 and was hit by several vehicles, police said.

The Interstate 44 southbound lanes near NW 23 were shut down for several hours after the incident, police said.
