Oklahoma City man with toddler in car arrested on drunken driving complaint
A 19-year-old Oklahoma City man is free on bail after being arrested on a drunken driving complaint while driving with a toddler in the back seat.
According to a police report, an officer stopped Barry Montrel Relo just after midnight Feb. 7 after seeing him cross the center line on Hefner Road near Pennsylvania , nearly hitting another car head-on.
Relo did not have a driver's license, and officers smell...
