Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association has installed officers and presented awards. Robert Crout, a developer in Mustang, is president. First vice president is Steve Allen. Vice president-treasurer is Mark Livingston. Vice president-secretary is Kenyon Woods. Carter Foree and Perry Rice are co-chairmen of the Past Presidents Council. Chris Evans is Associates Council chairman and Mary Beth Smith is membership chairman. Kurt Dinnes was named 2012 Builder of the Year and Steve Sullivan of Oklahoma Gas and Electric Co. was named 2012 Associate of the Year.
