Oklahoma City police arrest man in thefts from 16 stores in Penn Square Mall

Police said a man arrested on a larceny complaint used a specially-lined plastic bag to help steal clothes and other items from 16 stores at Penn Square Mall in Oklahoma City .

Ferdinand Riley Sr. , 55, of Del City was booked into Oklahoma County jail Friday and he bailed out Sunday, jail records show. He has not been formally charged.
