Oklahoma City police arrest a man wearing only underwear at a children's park and a naked man who was standing in the street in a residential area.
Oklahoma City police arrested a man wearing only his underwear at Children's State Park, 1217 N May Ave.
Leo Ray Downing, 50, was arrested about 1:50 p.m. July 26 on complaints of public drunkenness and resisting arrest, according to an incident report released Tuesday.

When police asked Downing what he was doing at the park he said he was there to cool off. Police noted that Downing was “only wearing his underwear and was wet from head to toe,” according to the report.
A witness told police she saw Downing standing under the water sprays and under a bucket that fills with water and then dumps when full, according to the report.
Police said they smelled alcohol on Downing's breath and found a bottle of liquor in his shirt, which he was not wearing. When he resisted arrest, police sprayed him with pepper spray and used force to subdue him, according to the report.
Naked man arrested
Police also arrested a naked man about 9:30 p.m. July 24 on Lyrewood Lane in northwest Oklahoma City.
