Oklahoma City Police identify man shot to death

Police on Monday said Rito Ordung Gutierrez, 42, was found shot to death about 11 a.m. Saturday on a mattress near Crystal Lake in south Oklahoma City.

Police arrested Ashley Bolding, 18, on a murder complaint later Saturday after she was seen walking away from the victim’s truck. She also has used the name Ashley Haley.

She was being held in the Oklahoma County jail Monday.

Police reported in a court affidavit that three witnesses told detectives Bolding confessed to the killing and to taking the victim’s truck afterward.

Officials ask anyone with information about the death to call Crime Stoppers at 235-7300.
