Oklahoma City police are looking for anyone who witnessed traffic fatality Friday to call police to be interviewed.

Vickie Ayres, 66, was driving about 6:40 p.m. Friday on a bridge in the 8500 block of NW 39 Expressway near Lake Overholser when numerous vehicles lost control as the bridge iced over, police Master Sgt. Gary Knight said. Ayres died in the multivehicle crash.

The accident is still under investigation and investigators believe that many people who may have witnessed the crash were not interviewed by police because of the inclement weather, Knight said.

Investigators are asking for anyone who witnessed the crash to call the Oklahoma City police traffic unit at 297-1145 to be interviewed, Knight said.
