The Oklahoma City School Board continued its administration shuffle this week.

The board named new administrators to seven schools. The moves are in addition to the nine principals and assistants moved or hired earlier this month.

One principal was named.

Angela Hunt will take over at Jefferson Middle School, 6800 S Blackwelder. Hunt previously worked as a principal at Mustang High School.

Hunt replaces Adys Altstatt, who resigned in April after coming under fire for suspending nearly 100 students in a three-day period for tardiness.

Six assistant principals were appointed:

• Amy Ohlheiser will work at Wheeler Elementary School, 501 SE 25. Ohlheiser previously worked as a teacher at Hayes Elementary School. She replaces Max Miller, who went to Greystone Upper Elementary School.

• Heather Messer will work at Jackson Middle School, 2601 S Villa. Messer previously worked as an instructional coach for Norman Public Schools. She replaces Beth Steele, who went to Shidler Elementary School.

• Bradley Buxton will work at Jefferson Middle School. Buxton previously worked as a geography teacher at Mustang North Middle School.
