Oklahoma City prostitution bust nets 14 arrests

Oklahoma City police arrested 14 people on complaints of prostitution Tuesday.

Oklahoma City police arrested 14 people Tuesday during a prostitution bust across the city.

Those arrested are: Gary Jordan, 33, Tyodis Wright, 34, Ivory Jones, 37, Sherrie Young, 48, Jason Weil, 32, Leslie Sutphin, 41, Kimberly Speegle, 43, Edward Rollen, 57, Franklin Rhodes, 57, Amy Sullivan, 26, David Ellis, 50, Douglas Qualls, 46, Evelyn Phillmore, 23, and Armand Mekontso, 34.

The men are accused of asking for sexual contact in exchange for money, and the women are accused of offering sexual contact in exchange for money. The amounts ranged from $20 to $180.

They were all arrested and booked into Oklahoma County jail on complaints of offering to engage in acts of prostitution.
