The Oklahoma Residential & Commercial Inspection Association, 20 years old in 2013, recently recognized six founding members: Chris Didonato, of Accurate Inspections; Robert Humphrey, of Humphrey Consultants Inc.; Richard Lowery, of Lowery Real Estate Inspection Inc.; Fred Stuart, of Oklahoma Inspection Service; Robert Vaughn, of Vaughn Inspections; and James Strider, of In-Site C.E.A. Inc. The association is an affiliate of the American Society of Home Inspectors and International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). Jack Werner, owner of A to Z Inspections, is state president. The association meets at 6:30 p.m. on the third Thursday of the month at Golden Corral off Interstate 240 on the westbound service road between Pennsylvania and Western avenues.
