Oklahoma's Broker Relationship Act and the latest technology in real estate will be among topics discussed at the Oklahoma Association of Realtors' Education Conference and Trade Show Wednesday and Thursday at the Embassy Suites Norman Hotel and Conference Center.

Humphreys fund hires director

The Humphreys Fund, Oklahoma City has hired Todd Glass as director of acquisitions responsible for sourcing, underwriting, negotiating and closing investment opportunities. Previously, he was associate portfolio manager with Covenant Global Investors, director of real estate at Devon Energy Corp. and assistant vice president at MidFirst Bank. He earned his law and bachelor's degrees from the University of Oklahoma.

Boldt recognized for fitness

The Boldt Co. has been named a “Well Workplace” for 2013 and is one of 60 companies nationwide to receive the gold level designation by The Wellness Council of America.
