Conference hosts speakers
NORMAN — Oklahoma's Broker Relationship Act and the latest technology in real estate will be among topics discussed at the Oklahoma Association of Realtors' Education Conference and Trade Show Wednesday and Thursday at the Embassy Suites Norman Hotel and Conference Center.

Humphreys fund hires director
The Humphreys Fund, Oklahoma City has hired Todd Glass as director of acquisitions responsible for sourcing, underwriting, negotiating and closing investment opportunities. Previously, he was associate portfolio manager with Covenant Global Investors, director of real estate at Devon Energy Corp. and assistant vice president at MidFirst Bank. He earned his law and bachelor's degrees from the University of Oklahoma.
Boldt recognized for fitness
The Boldt Co. has been named a “Well Workplace” for 2013 and is one of 60 companies nationwide to receive the gold level designation by The Wellness Council of America.
Gold level designations are awarded to companies that make comprehensive wellness programs part of their business strategy. Boldt was measured from May 2010 through May 2013. Boldt, based in Appleton, Wis., has had its Southern Operations headquarters in Oklahoma City for 29 years. It is at 101 W Hefner Road off Broadway Extension.
Rausch Coleman announces hire
Kathie McDaniel has been hired as director of sales and marketing for Rausch Coleman Homes in Oklahoma City. The company, based in Fayetteville, Ark., builds in 10 addition in the metro area: Brighton Pointe, Bryant Place, Canyon Creek and The Courtyards, all in Oklahoma City; Skyler's Court in Edmond; Bradford Place in Newcastle; Colony Pointe in Piedmont; Crown Heights in Purcell; and The Orchard, Wagner Lake Estates and Meadow Lakes in Yukon. Previously, McDaniel was vice president of sales and marketing for Highland Homes in Florida.
