Brooks Apartments to be sold

NORMAN — Brooks Apartments, 2500 W Brooks St., Norman, will be auctioned by court order at 10 a.m. Oct. 15 in the U.S. Bankrupty Court in Oklahoma City, said broker David Dirkschneider of Price Edwards & Co., which is handling the property. The 160-unit Brooks Apartments fronts Interstate 35. Bidders must register by Oct. 5. The property will be sold as is.
