Oklahoma City real estate transactions, June 16

•  WP Land LLC paid $2.1 million to LMS Children LLC of St. Louis for 160 acres at Sara Road and SW 29 to develop single-family homes and commercial uses. The property is in Oklahoma City and the Mustang Public School District. Gerald L. Gamble handled the sale. Old Republic Title Co. of Oklahoma provided title services.

•  JTK Land LLC paid $1.4 million to Norick Investment Co. LLC, Ron Norick manager, for 11 acres of commercial land at the southwest corner of Kilpatrick Turnpike and Council Road. Gamble represented the seller and Paul Wilson of Paul Wilson & Co. represented the buyer. American Eagle Title Co. provided title services.

•  Remington North 20 LLC, John Kennedy manager, paid $900,000 to Remington Landing LLC, Patrick Rooney manager, for 19 acres of commercial property at the southeast corner of Interstate 44 and Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue. James C. Buchanan of Gerald L. Gamble Co. handled the sale. First American Title & Trust Co. provided title services.
