• Net Solutions leased 2,500 square feet of space at 10317 Greenbriar Place for a computer repair business. Cathy Riley of Baker First Commercial Real Estate handled the lease.
• Agape Heart Hospice leased 566 square feet of space at Meridian Gardens Business Park, 3816 N Meridian Ave. Lori Petit of Baker First Commercial Real Estate handled the lease.

• Rosemead, Calif.,-based CFT Developments LLC, doing business as Panda Express, paid $800,000 to Walmart Stores East Inc. for 1.83 acres at Interstate 240 and Santa Fe Avenue. Stuart Graham and Mark W. Inman with CB Richard Ellis-Oklahoma handled the sale.
• Children's Consignment Sales leased 17,805 square feet of space at Market Plaza, 7001 Northwest Expressway. Ryan Storer, Inman and Graham with CB Richard Ellis-Oklahoma handled the lease.
