NAI Sullivan Group reports these real estate transactions:

Force Personnel Services LLC leased 4,000 square feet at 116 S Walker, with the owners of the building, Dunn Realty LLC, relocating to their new building at 1136 N Robinson. Nicole Mayes with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.

New Page LLC paid $925,000 to Independent School District 89 of Oklahoma County for the former Page Woodson School building, 600 N High. The 79,000-square-foot building, constructed in 1907, is on 2.4 acres. Bob Sullivan with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at American Eagle Title Group by Mary Gardner.

First Pentecostal Church of God paid $165,000 to Calvary Missionary Baptist Church for a building on 2.26 acres at 4312 S Prospect, for use as a church. Darryl Meason with NAI Sullivan Group represented the seller. Dean Lemons with Dean Lemons Associates represented the buyer. Closing was held at Old Republic Title Co. by Kristal Beard.
