Jake Elmore had four hits and four RBIs to lead the RedHawks to an 11-2 win over Omaha at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark on Saturday.
It was the third four-hit game of the season for Elmore, who had two singles, a double and a two-run home run.
All of Oklahoma City's starters had at least one, including Jimmy Paredes with three doubles. Omaha starter Justin Marks (1-8) threw 5 2/3 innings, allowing nine runs on 15 hits.
RedHawks starting pitcher Brett Oberholtzer (5-6) gave up just two runs on four hits and struck out four in 7 2/3 innings to get the win.
Oklahoma City's six-game homestand with the Omaha continues with a Sunday doubleheader starting at 3:30 p.m. at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. LHP Chris Dwyer (5-5, 3.45 ERA) is scheduled to start the early game for the RedHawks, while RHP Brad Peacock (2.2, 3.44) will take the mound for the Stormchasers. RHP Brian Sanches (3-1, 4.10) will start Game 2 for OKC, while Omaha has not announced a starter.
