Oklahoma City wouldn't stay in front for long as Iowa got a two-run double from Luis Flores to tie the game in the bottom of the second.
One batter later Logan Watkins gave Iowa the lead with an RBI groundout. Oklahoma City catcher Carlos Perez followed with a two-out throwing error on a Brian Bogusevic bunt single, allowing the Cubs to plate their fourth run in the inning.
Raley (4-3) allowed two earned runs over 6 1/3 innings to earn the win for Iowa (21-25).
The RedHawks have now lost a season-high three straight and have dropped four of five games against Iowa this season.
