Oklahoma City shelter seeks Thanksgiving donations

City Rescue Mission in Oklahoma City is in the midst of its annual Thanksgiving Food Drive

City Rescue Mission is seeking donations of holiday food items as part of the shelter's annual Thanksgiving Food Drive.

Shelter leaders said items needed include frozen turkeys and hams (10 to 15 pounds), stuffing mix, gravy mix, instant mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, canned green beans, canned corn, rolls/bread loaves and pumpkin pie filling.

Donations may be dropped off at the shelter, 800 W California Ave., now through Nov. 22.
