The creation of a new salary grade with a pay increase of $600 for the district's most experienced teachers, effective immediately.
Increases of $225 to $725 for teachers in the first through fifth year of service. Effective July 1.
A first-time retention bonus of $200 for Oklahoma City Public Schools teachers with 11 or more years of experience who renew their contracts by the end of the current school year. Effective July 1.
