The management of City Nights, the nightclub where 16-year-old Timothy Mooreland was fatally shot early Sunday, is closing the establishment in light of "this recent tragedy and the wishes of the victim’s family,” according to a statement issued through the club’s attorney.

The statement, e-mailed to The Oklahoman shortly after 11 p.m. Tuesday, does not say when it will close.
