D-LEAGUE HONORS

The NBA Development League honored four Tulsa 66ers players Daniel Orton, Rasual Butler, Dominique Sutton and Tony Taylor to various All D-League teams as voted on by coaches.

Orton and Butler were named to the Honorable Mention Team, Sutton was named to the All-Rookie Second Team and Taylor earned a spot on the All-Rookie Third Team.

Orton and Butler are the 15th and 16th Tulsa players to be named to an All-NBA D-League team since the franchise was founded in 2005.

Orton, who qualified for the honor by playing more than 25 games, averaged 12.5 points, 7.8 rebounds, 1.9 assists, 2.2 blocks and 28.3 minutes in 29 games (all starts). He posted eight double-doubles and scored in double figures 17 times.

Butler, who was named the D-League Impact Player of the Year last week, finished the regular season averaging 17.8 points, 5.1 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 1.4 blocks and 32.6 minutes in 31 games (23 starts).

Four-time All-Star Kevin Durant on second-year point guard Reggie Jackson being able to fill in for Westbrook: “He's ready for it. He's ready. That's all I can really say. He's been working his tail off, just waiting for his opportunity.”
