PERRY JONES Q&A — The Oklahoma City Thunder rookie forward from Baylor talks about a place where “everybody takes everybody under their wing,” his expectations this season and birthday wishes from RG3.
With the 28th pick in the NBA Draft last June, the Thunder selected Baylor forward Perry Jones, who was expected to be long gone by that time.

The 6-foot-11, 235-pound Jones averaged 13.7 points, 7.4 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 32.2 minutes during his two seasons with the Bears. He was a Parade High School All-American at Duncanville High School in Texas.

“You just do as you're told. It's nothing difficult.”

“Everybody takes everybody under their wing. After a workout or a practice, everybody hangs out together. It's really a close-knit family here.”
