Athleticism (A): When you're with the greatest basketball players in the world, there is no greater compliment than when your own teammates marvel at your athleticism. Ceiling is very high for PJ3.

Shooting (C): Struggled from the field more than he should have, with both the Thunder and Tulsa 66ers. Has a velvet stroke, but the ball must go in more frequently. Perhaps attack more and get vertical.

Defense (C): It is difficult to get an accurate reading here because of his patchy playing time, but at 6-foot-10 with a 7-foot-2 wingspan, he certainly has the tools to excel at rebounding and shot-blocking.

Confidence (D): Jones often seemed dazed, confused and unsure of himself with the Thunder. If his teammates believe in him — and they do — he should believe more in himself. Hopefully a lesson learned.

Personality (A): Quickly accepted by the team and got an immediate endorsement from Kevin Durant, which always helps. Always pleasant to chat with and is quick with a greeting. Doesn't say much.
