Oklahoma City Thunder: Scott Brooks will handle stars with care in preseason

Despite their youth, Russell Westbrook, James Harden, Kevin Durant and Serge Ibaka need to conserve energy before everything counts in the standings.

With the first week of training camp complete and the Thunder’s seven-game preseason schedule set to commence Wednesday, time management is now of the essence.
