Thunder guards Thabo Sefolosha and James Harden played in the Blue and White scrimmage on Thursday night at the SpiritBank Event Center in Tulsa.
However, it was simply part of their rehabilitation process and does not necessarily mean either will play in Friday night's preseason game against the Phoenix Suns at the BOK Center.
Sefolosha, who is coming back from a deep thigh bruise, didn't look full-speed, but still had defensive flashes with a steal for a breakaway dunk and also had several pass deflections.
Harden, who played the first quarter only, is overcoming a groin injury he suffered against Houston in the first preseason game.
Starting center Kendrick Perkins (left wrist) was the only player on the 19-man roster who did not play.
White team: Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook, Sefolosha, Perkins, Serge Ibaka, Reggie Jackson, Hasheem Thabeet, Hollis Thompson, Daniel Orton.
Blue team: Harden, Cole Aldrich, Nick Collison, Eric Maynor, Perry Jones III, Daequan Cook, Lazar Hayward, DeAndre Liggins, Andy Rautins, Walker Russell.
*The White team posted a 57-48 victory. “Everybody was solid. Everybody played well,” Durant said. “It was more for us getting better as a team and showcase what we've got for these fans here. I like the direction we're going in. I like the progress. Just gotta keep pushing.”
