NEWARK, N.J. – Thunder All-Star Kevin Durant has a sprained left knee and will not play tonight against the New Jersey Nets in the Prudential Center.

Durant injured the knee during Monday night's 95-89 victory at home against New Orleans and is now listed day-to-day. The Thunder plays at Toronto on Friday and at home against Golden State on Sunday.

This will be Durant's third missed start of the season. His previously suffered a sprained left ankle and the Thunder responded by winning back-to-back games at Boston and Milwaukee.

Jeff Green will replace Durant at small forward and Serge Ibaka will start at power forward. Center Nenad Krstic, who missed two games with back spasms before returning Monday, will start tonight, as will guards Russell Westbrook and Thabo Sefolosha.

Brooks said he also anticipates D.J. White and Byron Mullens will get some extra minutes against the Nets.

Durant is said to have injured the knee while going against Hornets power forward David West in the fourth quarter of Monday's come-from-behind victory.
