Oklahoma City to host best practices conference Dec. 6

The Sharing of Best Practices conference will be from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Dec. 6 at the Devon Energy Center. It will offer Oklahoma CEOs and executives a chance to learn how the best companies execute their business game plans.

Sessions and panel discussions will focus on managing corporate reputation; managing in an unpredictable economic climate; improving customer loyalty and retention; retaining the best talent; keeping pace with the competition and integrating innovation; and creating a culture for innovation.

Fallin and Lt. Gen. Bruce Litchfield, commander of the Air Force Sustainment Center at Tinker Air Force Base, will be the luncheon keynote speakers.

The Quality Awards program helps both businesses and nonprofit organizations identify their strengths and opportunities for improvements, and helps them consider processes that will increase efficiency, engage employees, examine strategic goals and improve customer relationships and sales.
