A woman has been charged with murder and burglary in the stabbing death of her boyfriend in northwest Oklahoma City.

Jamie Sue Whiteeagle, 36, of Oklahoma City, was charged Monday in Oklahoma County District Court with one count of first-degree murder and one count of first-degree burglary.

An unidentified man also is wanted in connection with the slaying.

Early July 6, police were called to NW 9 and Klein where they found Leroy Pleasant stabbed, according to the probable cause affidavit. He died at a hospital.

The victim’s roommate told police Whiteeagle and a black man kicked in the door of the home and went into Pleasant’s bedroom while he was sleeping, the affidavit states.

Whiteeagle was Pleasant’s girlfriend, the roommate told police.

Pleasant chased the male intruder from the house and then collapsed at the corner of NW 10 and Klein, the affidavit states.

Whiteeagle was arrested at the scene. She is being held without bail in the Oklahoma County jail.

Whiteeagle pleaded guilty in 2008 and 2013 to offering to engage in an act of prostitution and in 2011 to driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license, Oklahoma County court records show.

She was convicted of manslaughter in Amarillo, Texas, in 2000, according to the affidavit.
