GETTYSBURG , Pa. — An Oklahoma City woman died and her two children were injured Thursday morning in a van accident near here, authorities said. Eun Ju Lee , 36, died at the scene. Lee was thrown from the 12-passenger van when it slammed into a guardrail and a bridge about 9:30 a.m. Thursday on U.S. 15 near Gettysburg.
