An Oklahoma City woman died and two children were injured Saturday after a wreck on Interstate 35 in Carter County, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

Stephanie Roxanne Engle, 21, was pronounced dead about 5:10 p.m. at the scene of the wreck one mile south of Ardmore.

Troopers said Engle was driving a sport utility vehicle south on I-35 when it ran off the left side of the road. She overcorrected and the vehicle ran off the right side of the road where it rolled several times.

A 2-year-old girl, whose name was not released, was taken to an Ardmore hospital and later flown to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City where she was admitted in critical condition, troopers said. An 11-month-old girl was treated and released at the Ardmore hospital.

Everyone was wearing a seat belt, troopers said.
