Oklahoma civil rights leader Clara Luper has died
Long-time civil rights leader Clara Luper died Wednesday, June 8, 2011, in Oklahoma City. Luper was 88. She was one of Oklahoma's most well-known civil rights activists dating back to the 1950s.
