Presented by Chesapeake Energy Corp., the inaugural Playhouse Parade at Penn Square Mall in Oklahoma City will end Aug. 8, when the winning tickets are drawn.
Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Oklahoma County Inc. provides trained, court-appointed volunteers who advocate for the best interests of abused or neglected children in the juvenile court system.
Last year, 249 advocate volunteers served 809 children.
The playhouses can be viewed by the Macy's wing at Penn Square.
Tickets can be purchased there from volunteers during mall hours.
Raffle tickets are a contribution of $5 each or five for $20 for the playhouses, which are built by Capstone Homes, Candalaria & Foster, the University of Oklahoma College of Architecture, Remodeling Concepts and an anonymous friend of CASA of Oklahoma County.
For the electric car contributed by Amp Control, raffle tickets are a contribution of $10 each or three for $25.
The drawing will be at 4:30 p.m. Aug. 8.
Winners who live within 25 miles of the mall will get their prizes delivered. Amp Control also will assemble the solar garage that goes with the electric car.
