Oklahoma County court will not try teen as adult in baby sister's death

A judge ruled Friday that a boy accused of shaking his baby sister to death after she interrupted his video game will not be tried as an adult.

Oklahoma County Special Judge Larry A. Jones ruled that Crystian Rivera , 14, should be certified as a youthful offender after a case worker from the Office of Juvenile Affairs and a psychologist testified the boy can be rehabilitated despite a propensity for anger.<...
