Oklahoma County District Attorney seeks investigation into Brent Rinehart, staff
Jim Marshall was cleaning out a credenza in his Oklahoma County office last month when something immediately caught his eye — an uncashed check for $71,185.
The check was found in the offices of former County Commissioner Brent Rinehart . The check was written by an auctioneer after surplus property was sold by Rinehart’s District 2 office nearly two years ago.
