Oklahoma County Judge Tammy Bass-LeSure, accused of fraud, is resigning
An Oklahoma County judge accused of fraud is resigning.
District Judge Tammy Bass - LeSure, 44, wrote the governor she will resign effective March 1. Her resignation is part of her plea agreement with prosecutors in her adoption fraud case.
The elected judge is set to be back in court March 2 in the felony case. She is expected to be sentenced then to probation.
