•Daniel G and Donna E. McCoy with the McCoy Living Trust paid $350,000 to Jo & Sons LLC for 6 acres on the southeast corner of Memorial and Coltrane. Rod Baker of Baker First Commercial Real Estate handled the transaction, which was closed by Oklahoma City Abstract & Title.
•Edward D. Jones & Co. renewed the lease of 1,200 square feet of space at 11912 S May. Baker handled the lease.
•Jesus is Lord Evangelistic Ministries Corp. renewed the lease of 1,600 square feet at 1139 N Rockwell in Westoaks Shopping Center. Lori Petit of Baker First Commercial Real Estate handled the lease.

•JoeJess Real Estate LLC paid $560,000 to Tru Land LLC for 20 acres at 1540 SE 40th St. in Newcastle for use as an industrial yard.
