• Hidden Forest LLC paid $145,000 to Hidden Forest Investors LLC for Lot 5 in the Hidden Forest development at N Rockwell and NW 122 as the first step in a build-to-suit office building. Rod Baker of Baker First Commercial Real Estate and Jim Sanders with Core Real Estate handled the transaction. The closing was handled by Oklahoma City Abstract & Title.
• V&B Family Clinic LLC paid $70,000 to Lori Anderson for a 1,242-square-foot building at 4336 NW 23. Cathy Riley of Baker First Commercial Real Estate handled the transaction. The closing was handled by Oklahoma City Abstract & Title.
• Bacon Enterprises Inc. leased 1,600 square feet of space at 8008 Rockwell Ave., at Commerce Pointe on Rockwell retail center, for Dent Center, a paintless dent repair center. Riley handled the lease.
• Assist Wireless LLC leased 1,255 square feet of space at 2401 W Main Street, Suite 100, in Norman, for a cellphone store. Riley and Sean Paul Rieger of Rieger LLC handled the lease.
