A man accused of driving over another man with a pickup and killing him after a fistfight outside a southwest Oklahoma City pool hall has been ordered to stand trial by an Oklahoma County District Court judge. Oswaldo Frasquillo, 23, is charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of William Chotkey, 25. Frasquillo is accused of driving up onto the curb of the Cue Palace, 940 SW 59, on the night of Oct. 7 and striking Chotkey with the pickup, then turning around and hitting him again. Frasquillo reportedly made a third pass before leaving the scene, court records show. Frasquillo remains held without bail in the Oklahoma County jail.
