Shooting victim is arrested

An Oklahoma City man is in police custody after being robbed at gunpoint and shot multiple times, said an Oklahoma City Police Department spokesman.

Keenan Lamar Wooden, 47, was arrested Tuesday for possessing a firearm as a felon.

Wooden, along with two other victims, was held up at gunpoint early Tuesday outside 1932 NE 25. One victim was robbed of his wallet and fled behind a nearby building where he then heard several gunshots, according to a police report.

The suspect then fled on foot.

Wooden later told police there was a handgun under his mattress inside the home.

Wooden was taken to the OU Medical Center. He was treated, and police took him to jail.

Witnesses told police the robber was a black male, around 6 feet tall and 200 pounds, with light skin and dreadlocks wearing a black hoodie and black pants.
