Students accused of possessing drugs
Two Capitol Hill High School students are accused of possession of a controlled substance during school, according to a police report released Tuesday. Amanda Delgado, 15, and Alexys Parson, 15, were arrested Jan. 16 after a police officer found them with a bottle half full of a substance believed to be liquid hydrocodone and cups with liquid in them, the report states.
