Suspect exposed in shoplifting
A would-be shoplifter who exposed himself to a store employee was arrested Thursday on complaints of public indecency and public drunkenness, police said. An employee of CVS Pharmacy, 5025 N May Ave., told police the man attempted to steal merchandise, but dropped the merchandise when he was confronted. The man pulled his pants down and began walking around the parking lot screaming, according to the police report. Police found Jason Lee Spencer, 36, nearby, the report states. Spencer was taken to the Oklahoma County jail. No bail had been set Friday.

Trial ordered in fatal shootings
A man with the street name “Bad Eye” will face trial in the June 7 shooting deaths of two people, a judge ruled Friday. Joshua Londale Rogers, 26, is accused of killing Israel Jackson, 24, and Shavon Johnson, 26, at 1444 NE 36. Police say Rogers is a 107 Hoover Crip, whose turf is the apartment complex where the victims were gunned down. A witness identified Rogers as the shooter from a photograph. After hearing testimony, Special Judge D. Fred Doak found sufficient evidence to order Rogers to face trial.

Bail denied in shooting death
A judge denied a request Thursday to set bail for man accused of firing a sawed-off shotgun through a window and killing a man. Phillip Antonio Davis, 38, of Oklahoma City, is charged with first-degree murder and possession of a firearm after a felony conviction. He is being held in the Oklahoma County jail. Keaunce LaTrell Mustin, 37, was shot in the chest and killed Oct. 29 outside an apartment building at 3447 SE 44. Investigators found no glass shards inside the living room window where Davis reported hearing someone breaking in, court records show. The attorney for Davis asked Oklahoma County District Judge Cindy Truong to set bail at $20,000, saying his client is not a flight risk because he is a full-time parent to a 16-year-old son, records show.
