Oklahoma Democrats want paring of session

Democrats are urging Republican leaders to cut the legislative session short to save money, but Republicans say there is still work to be done.

"For months legislative leaders have said we need to tighten our belts, just like Oklahoma families,” said Sen. Earl Garrison, D-Muskogee . "I couldn’t agree more, and one way to do that is by cutting session short.”
