Report cards on agencies that provide Oklahomans with home health and case management assistance through Medicaid-funded programs are now available on the state Department of Human Services website, okdhs.org.

The report cards are intended to help people make informed decisions when selecting an agency to use for services provided through the ADvantage or Medicaid State Plan Personal Care programs.

The programs are designed to help people who want to stay in their homes and out of nursing homes as long as possible.

“This will prove to be a valuable tool as families decide on which agency they want providing care to a loved on,” said Lance Robertson, director of DHS aging services.
